First one-volume edition of Churchill's important account, the text comprised of a series of letters to the Morning Post in 1898. The text of the present edition has been considerably revised, and a new chapter added describing the ultimate destruction of the Khalifa and the end of the war. Woods A2(b).

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
