A Posthumous work by Sir Jonas Moore, first published in 1697, devoted mostly to wine-making and brewing with chapters on cooking, bee-keeping, land use, raising horses. Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
