Plate IV is described on p. 93 and p. 541, but was never published in this work. It may be found in the American Journal of Science, vol XLI. Plates VII and IX are printed on the same leaf. Presentation bookplate to the Portland Society of Natural History by bequest of William Wood, M.D. 1899.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
