Promotion of agricultural lands in Santa Clara, San Joaquin, Sacramento and Imperial Valleys. Information includes the cost of land suitable for growing different crops (walnuts were most expensive at 100 to 200 dollars per acre; oranges at $75 to $250); the value of crop yields; cost of housing, farm implements, livestock, food, etc. Everything one might want to know when deciding whether to relocate to the Golden State. OCLC lists three copies, at the University of California Berkeley, the University of California San Diego, and Southern Methodist University.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
