Fine/VF (7.0). A beautiful book, probably closer to solid VF but graded conservatively. The only real flaws are a tiny stain at the top spine, a tiny color flake affecting top right corner, a bit of dustiness to the yellow spine strip, slightly miscut cover and discolored staples. The cover is on uncoated stock, but the colors are vivid and bright with rich blacks free of finger marks. A clean, flat mag with cream to off-white pages. Fine candidate for CGC certification. Cover with Ross Andru pencils & Mike Eposito inks. Art by Eposito (as Mickey Demeo), Jack Abel, Moe Marcus, Charles Stern and Tony Mortellaro.
A man gets in trouble by showing people a note which says: "Ma Nish Tano Halio Hazeh." Nobody knows what it means, but everybody who reads it gets outraged. The story seems like a satire of something, but of what? Google Translator identifies the mystery phrase as linguistically close to transliterated Arabic: "ma naeish tuna haliin hadhih" ("What we live in is tons"). Ultimately, the story makes little sense.
PBA Grading Guarantee: Any individual comic book lot (not group lots) graded by PBA is guaranteed to match CGC grading. If the buyer chooses to have the comic CGC certified and that certification is lower than PBA’s, the lot may be returned for a full refund of the sales price (hammer price plus buyer’s premium).
