The author, You Chung Hong, was an American attorney and community leader who was the second Chinese American California lawyer admitted to practice law in the state of California, and the first Chinese American graduate of the USC law school. Hong played a major role in the development of Los Angeles Chinatown. OCLC lists one copy, at the University of California Davis.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
