A very scarce and charming edition of Aesop, especially scarce in the original wrappers. OCLC locates only 2 copies within the United States (University of Southern Mississippi & Princeton); ESTC locates a further 5 copies in the United Kingdom. ESTC N32421.

Condition:

Front wrapper chipped at corners, a few leaves with dog-eared corners; very good.
