Fully bordered manuscript leaf on vellum in gilt & colors, with one large illuminated initial in upper left of the holy spirit descending as a dove. Rendering at bottom of a medieval town with castle, with leaf-motif border in which are embedded, in the right side, ten portraits of eccleiastical figures; with five staves of music. On the verso is two staves of music, 17 lines of text in Latin, one large and several small initials. 69.4x51 cm. (27½x20").

Very elaborate and finely illuminated leaf from an antiphonal, likely the first page.
