Manuscript indenture on vellum, approximately 46x72.5 cm. (18x28½"), wax seal attached to ribbon at bottom.

Deed for a land transaction between Richard Haddock and John Marion for a tract of land in Goosnargh, England. Signed as witness by Cuthbert Hesketh and several others.

Condition:

Creased, some soiling, very good.
