With a pocket affixed on the inside of the front cover, in which to place small items such as event tickets. Includes special rules for medal play, and a very helpful index at rear. An early and rare rulebook, only one copy located by OCLC Worldcat, at the British Library. This copy is unique in that it is fully bound in vellum, no doubt a custom binding, perhaps for a member or an official of St. Andrews.
