Impressive Results at Debut Pen Sale

PBA Galleries seized leadership of the Fine Writing Instruments auction market in its successful debut Fine Pens sale on July 19th in San Francisco. The 361 lot auction attracted participants from all over the globe, and over 90% of the lots sold went above their low estimates. Montblanc Artisan Edition pens performed particularly well in Impressive Results at Debut Pen Sale

Cecil Minton Wahle (1927 – 2014)

Cecil Minton Wahle considered books an escape to new places. Born in San Francisco in 1927, she loved everything about books including their design and their materials. After traveling the world with her husband, she returned to northern California and purchased the Old Monterey Book Company in Monterey, California. A respected bookseller she joined the Antiquarian Cecil Minton Wahle (1927 – 2014)

PBA Comic Auction Breaks World Records
